FRANCE - When you visit France of course you must enjoy the rich history, architecture, and food! Paris is also the headquarters of numerous French, European, and multinational corporations. My training sessions were designed for a US company which has clients throughout Europe. They are a technical company, but their target audiences are often non-technical management. They also make presentations at international conferences. Communicating their ideas with confidence is essential.

One of the issues outside the US is communicating in English with a US style. French is a rich language with an alluring sound. While I am enjoying listening to French persons speak in English, I am always reminding them to front-load their important ideas and get to the point more quickly.

If you are traveling between Paris and London, be sure that you do so by the Chunnel train. You'll be at your destination while others are struggling to get to Charles de Gaulle airport!
