The Deal Makers Workshop is the most practical and immediately applicable negotiation skills program on the market.

The principles and skills learned apply to everyone’s four responsibilities - work, family, friends, and community. This session provides the “skills” to execute in all business and personal endeavors – to include selling, customer service, and contracts.

Negotiating has unfortunately earned a reputation of manipulation, deception, ploys, gambits, and gimmicks. Negotiation, however, is TRADING – the key to creating growth and wealth. The question is what do you have to trade? If all you have is price, then you are “haggling” and not negotiating.

This workshop provides the PRINCIPLES, PROCESS and the SKILLS to be a more effective negotiator. It provides the “how” to achieve a Win/Win and is an integral part of the selling, consulting, and deal making process.

The Deal Makers Workshop is a behavioral approach for RESULTS and RELATIONSHIPS. It is not an academic treatise – it’s about how people really behave and what they can do about it. Learn habits of effectiveness – the why, what and how to obtain what you want.

The core of the workshop is a new 4-phase process – Prepare, Debate, Propose, and Bargain. Participants learn, practice, and internalize the principles of trading, interests, issues, and positions, and the language of deal making, which is an integral piece of the selling and consulting process.
