As an executive, you are an ambassador and a spokesperson for your company. The company will be known and judged in large measure by the trust and confidence which you generate. You have the responsibility and the opportunity to share the vision, recount the successes, and bring to life the plans and strategies for the future.
You must seek out, generate, and respond to opportunities to be visible and more effective with every audience - securities analysts, the media, the financial press, senior management of your customers, new business opportunities, and the public. You will be known and judged - first and foremost - by your communication skills.
Your in person appearances are "moments of truth" by which your company will be evaluated and judged. Your presentations - in content and in style - must demonstrate your experience, knowledge, and leadership.
The purpose of presentation skills coaching is to make certain that your communication skills, both in content and style, are of the highest quality. We believe that quality communication skills can be learned, and that good communicators are not born that way. Our method is to unlock your personal and professional potential and to begin a new process of continuing development and growth. We will assist and develop you; we will not re-make you. We will fine-tune your style and help you focus your energy.
You must be able to communicate in a professional manner both in comfortable internal presentations and more difficult external presentations and/or media appearances. You must be able to answer tough questions with appropriate answers and handle objections with confidence. You must be persuasive in person or on the phone. You must create a positive atmosphere and image in every phase of communication: presentations, media events, leading and participating in meetings, and one-on-one face-to-face communications.

- A positive mental attitude about presentations in general,
- An increased confidence in your role as a communicator,
- An enhanced professional image as a leader,
- And a process for on-going critique and growth.
- Create a stump speech - a clear message that states your vision and principles,
- Tailor that speech to meet the needs, solve the problems, and answer the questions of the audience.
- Identify and use your unique speaking style to capture and maintain audience attention and generate enthusiasm and energy in yourself and the audience.

- Control the audience and yourself through eye contact.
- Recognize the effect of and proper use of body language.
- Recognize and eliminate distracting mannerisms.
- Handle difficult question and answer exchanges.
- Work effectively with visuals, manuscripts, notes, teleprompter, and support materials.
