Through self-assessment, reflection, peer collaboration, coaching, skill building and action learning, participants embark on the continuous journey of leadership as they learn about and practice the key values, attitudes, behaviors and skills required to be leaders in the 21st century. This seminar launches participants on a continuous journey to master personal leadership, change leadership, collaborative leadership and inspirational leadership. As leaders of today and tomorrow, participants learn how to make a positive difference in themselves, others, their team, and the whole organization. Participants will be equipped with practical, sustainable leadership success tools and strategies to help them immediately begin building a successful, flourishing and thriving work culture rich in high performing, passionate people.

Objectives:

It takes time, energy and commitment and it’s more than just accomplishing goals: It’s about tapping your potential; fueling your self-motivation; developing the humble confidence to engage others to do something great; stepping into unknown territory to make a positive difference; and having the guts and tenacity to face a challenge head-on; building trust that engages the collective talents of others, inspiring others with contagious enthusiasm, a selflessness to look beyond “good enough” and of course, it is about enjoying the lifelong journey and then helping others do the same. In this seminar you will embark on the leadership journey.
